O Arquiteto e Urbanista Valentim César Bigeschi é um novo Vice-Presidente da e-DAU, sendo responsável pelas conexões entre as cidades brasileiras que não são capitais de seus respectivos estados, com o resto da equipe. Ele mora e trabalha na cidade paulista de Tupã.

The Architect and Urbanist Valentim Cesar Bigeschi is a new Vice-President of e-DAU, being responsible for the network's connection between Brazilian cities which are not capitals of their respective states, with the rest of the team. He lives and works in the Paulista city of Tupa.
