Bruno Roberto Padovano, arquiteto e urbanista e professor titular aposentado na FAUUSP - Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo, Brasil, é o novo Presidente do Conselho da equipe e-DAU, após um período no qual foi presidente interino, no final da gestão 2019-2020. Fundador da rede e defensor do trabalho colaborativo, Padovano pretende ajudar a Presidência e os demais membros da e-DAU atingir seus objetivos pessoais e coletivos, ainda em 2021. "Este é um ano chave na retomada da vida, no plano interpessoal, após um longo período de distanciamento social. As vacinas contra o coronavírus nos prometem dias melhores e precisamos estar preparados para realizarmos projetos de design, arquitetura e urbanismo inovadores, voltados à qualidade de vida em nossas cidades, pensando globalmente e agindo localmente, com a valorização dos profissionais locais." disse Padovano. que estuda formas de conjugar os setores tradicionais, público e privado, com a flexibilidade do terceiro setor, como na Torre Barueri 500, que está apresentando para a Prefeitura de Barueri junto aos colegas de rede e co-autores Eduardo Soveral, Fábio Alzate Martinez e Eduardo Bicudo. O Conselho é composto por mais 13 membros: as designers Joice Joppert Leal e Suzana Mara Sacchi Padovano, os arquitetos e urbanistas Cesare Blasi, Cibele Riva Rumel, Gabriella Padovano, Eduardo Castro Mello, Ivan Shumkov, José Borelli Neto, Renato Rocha e Yara Cunha Costa, e os engenheiros Eduardo Bicudo e Nelson Fiedler, recém admitidos ao Conselho.
Bruno Roberto Padovano, architect and urbanist and retired full professor of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, is the new President of the Council of the e-DAU team,, after a period during which he served as interim president,, at the end of the 2019-2020 Biennium. Founder of the network and an advocate of collaborative work, Padovano intends to help the Presidency and other e-DAU members to attain their personal and collective objectives, this very year of 2021. "This is a key year in the resumption of life after a long period of social distancing. The vaccines against the coronavirus promise to us better days ahead and we need to be prepared to carry out the development of projects in the fields of design, architecture and urbanism, tuned to the qualification of life in our cities, thinking globally and acting locally, bringing value to local professionals." said Padovano, who studies forms to link traditional sectors, private and public, with the flexibility of the third sector, such in the case of the 'Barueri Tower 500', which he is presenting to City Hall of Barueri with network colleagues and co-authors Eduardo Soveral, Fábio Alzate Martinez e Eduardo Bicudo.
