e-DAU strengthens itself abroad: Frederico Montanha takes over the Regional Direction in Zurich, Switzerland

A equipe internacional da e-DAU ganhou um importante reforço na Suíça, onde já conta com a Direção Internacional do arquiteto e urbanista, além de artista multimídia, Emanuel Dimas de Melo Pimenta, que atua principalmente em Locarno and Lisbon, Portugal. Trata-se do seu colega brasileiro Frederico Martins Montanha, oriundo da capital brasileira do Estado de Mato Grosso, Cuiabá, onde se graduou em Arquitetura e Urbanismo na Universidade Federal (UFMT). Frederico trabalhou como arquiteto no Brasil, Austrália e Suíça, onde reside desde 2011. Após trabalhar em escritórios suíços como SAM Architekten e Walker Architekten, fundou o 'estúdio kmmk', junto com sua esposa Angela Kurmann em Zurique, e, desde 2021, dedica-se exclusivamente a projetos próprios na Suíça e no Brasil, além de ajudar em criar sua filha Gabriela, em "tempo integral", como ele diz. The international team at e-DAU gained important reinforcement in Switzerland, where it already counts on the International Direction of the architect and urbanist, as well as a multimedia artist, Emanuel Dimas de Melo Pimenta, who is active mostly in Locarno and in Lisbon, Portugal. We are talking about Frederico Martins Montanha, native from the Brazilian capital of the State of Mato Grosso, Cuiabá, where he took his professional degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University (UFMT). Has worked as an architect in Brazil, Australia and Switzerland, where has lived since 2011. After working for Swiss offices such as SAM Architekten and Walker Architekten, he founded the 'estudio kmmk' together with Angela Kurmann in Zurich, and since 2021 he is dedicated exclusively to their own projects in Switzerland and Brazil, in addition to raising his daughter Gabriela, a "full-time job", as he says.
