A rede e-DAU ganhou um reforço estratégico na cidade de Araçariguama (pop. de cerca 25 mil habitantes), que participa do CIOESTE - Consórcio Intermunicipal da Região Metropolitana Oeste de São Paulo, SP, Brasil, com uma população conjunta estimada em mais de 2 milhões de habitantes, e onde um processo de intenso crescimento está ocorrendo, com a chegada de mais famílias em busca de qualidade de vida e um contato maior com a natureza, uma resposta clara às tensões sociais causadas pela pandemia em megacidades muito adensadas e poluídas, como São Paulo. Rita de Cássia Tessarini, economista com uma especialização no mercado imobiliário, no qual atua com brilho renovado pelo aumento da demanda no seu segmento de atuação, ao se tornar Diretora Regional da e-DAU em Araçariguama, poderá ajudar a rede no desenvolvimento dos estudos urbanísticos e propostas para territórios urbanos mais sustentáveis, com uma população distribuída de forma mais equilibrada. Tendo atuado em grandes empresas ao longo de sua bem-sucedida carreira, Rita esbanja entusiasmo e, de sobra, demonstra grande interesse em atuar junto aos especialistas de planejamento e projeto dos membros da rede na criação de uma nova infraestrutura regional, conjugando as esferas territoriais do urbano e o rural. The e-DAU network gained strategic reinforcement in the city of Araçariguama (pop. approx. 25 thousand inhabitants), which participates of CIOESTE - Intermunicipal Consortium of the Western Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, with a joint population of over 2 million inhabitants, and where a process of intense growth is occurring, with the arrival of more families in search of quality of life and a greater contact with nature, a clear answer to the social tensions caused by the pandemic in highly densified and polluted megacities, such as São Paulo. Rita de Cássia Tessarini, an economist with a specialization in real estate in which she is active with increased brilliance due to the increase of demand in her sector of professional activity, will be able, in becoming Regional Director at e-DAU in Araçariguama, to help the network in the development of urban studies and proposals for more sustainable urban territories, with a more balanced distribution of the population. Having worked in large companies during her successful career, Rita lavishes enthusiasm and, in addition to this, demonstrates great interest to act with specialists in the planning and design by the network's members in the creation of a new regional infrastructure, bringing together the rural and the urban spheres of the territory.
