The first e-DAU live in 2022 deals with creativity, with Decio Coutinho
A criatividade está no centro das práticas de Designers, Arquitetos e Urbanistas e, por isso, se torna essencial para a rede e-DAU. No entanto, há muitos casos em que o foco em ideias criativas deixa de lado a busca por torná-las ações, por realizá-las. A experiência do palestrante da primeira e-DAU Live de 2022 e os métodos que ele desenvolveu vêm ao encontro deste desafio: com o tema “Arquitetura, Design e Economia Criativa”, Decio Coutinho – consultor e-DAU em Cidades Criativas – apresentou sua contribuição em 28 de janeiro de 2022.
Administrador de empresas e Mestre em Gestão do Patrimônio Cultural, Decio também é Pós-graduado em Gestão e Políticas Culturais pela Universidade de Girona (Espanha), Especialista em "Sociedades Pós-Industriais e Organizações Criativas" pela S3 Studium (Roma, Itália) e em "Economia Criativa" na Fundação Barcelona Media (Barcelona, Espanha). Coutinho também foi Coordenador Nacional de Cultura e Turismo no SEBRAE Nacional, Superintendente Executivo da Secretaria de Cultura do Estado de Goiás e fundador da Rede Nacional de Gestores de Fomento e Incentivo à Cultura e da Rede Iberoamericana de Comunidades, Territórios e Economia Criativa.
A apresentação didática de Decio facilitou o entendimento das relações entre pensar e fazer, entre teoria e prática. Tomando a criatividade como paradigma, foi possível tratar de Cultura, Tecnologia, Economia e Inovação, associando os diversos temas a um único centro: educação. Nesse sentido, cabe reconhecer que o objetivo aliado à proposta da Coordenação das Relações de Pesquisa da e-DAU é, exatamente, colaborar com a disseminação de conhecimento por meio das e-DAU Live.
As ações desempenhadas por Decio ao longo de sua carreira deixam ainda mais lições importantes, dentre as quais destacamos: o pensamento global e a preocupação local devem andar juntas; a conexão – em todos os sentidos - é um conceito primordial para a cultura de inovação; e a diversidade é a mãe da criatividade. Creativity lies at the center of practice of Designers, Architects and Urbanists and, due to this, it is essential to the e-DAU network. However, there are many cases in which the focus in creative ideas puts aside the search to turn these into actions, or to be carried out. The experience of the speaker in the first e-DAU Live in 2022 and the methods which he developed meet this challenge: with the theme "Architecture, Design and Creative Economy", Decio Coutinho - E-Dau's Consultant in Creative Cities -, presented his personal contribution on January 28.
Company Director and Master in the Management of Cultural Heritage, Graduate in Management of Cultural Policies at the University of Girona (Spain), Specialist in "Post-Industrial Societies" at the S3 Studium (Rome, Italy) and in "Creative Economy" at the Barcelona Media Foundation (Barcelona, Spain), Coutinho was also National Coordinator of Culture and Tourism at the National SEBRAE, Managing Director of the Secretary of Culture in the State of Goiás, Brazil, and Founder of the National Network of Managers for Financial Aid and Incentive for Culture and of the Iberoamerican of Communities, Territories and Creative Economy.
Decio's didactic presentation facilitated the understanding of the relations between think and doing, theory and practice. Using creativity as a paradigm, it was possible to address Culture, Technology, Economy and Innovation, associating the different themes with a single center: education. In this sense, it is necessary to recognize that this objective, allied to the proposal of the Coordination of Research Relations at e-DAU is, exactly, to collaborate with the dissemination of knowledge through the e-DAU Lives.
The actions performed by Decio during his career leave us with yet more important lessons, amongst which we highlight: the global thought and the local concern must head on together; the connection - in every sense of the word -is a primary concept for the innovative culture; and diversity is the mother of creativity.
